The patient journey begins by receiving and completing a health questionnaire and food diary. This starts the information gathering process prior to an appointment. Your goals and health information are then discussed at a face-to-face consultation by visiting my clinic or by using Skype or What’s app.

From your initial appointment an action plan to address health goals is developed that will likely include advice on  dietary and lifestyle changes and dietary supplements. The needs and potential benefits of laboratory testing to better inform diagnosis and the proposed action plan may be discussed.

A time plan for a review and expected outcomes is included as part of the consultation and maybe a discussion regarding any other support you want or need to help you transition to improved health.
